Chesterton International has launched a new selection of apartments to be constructed in Ibiza Town, Spain, by developer Taylor Woodrow de Espana.

Located just over a mile from the heart of Ibiza Old Town, the Spain property development will feature 23 three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.

The apartments will be built in a pair of three-storied blocks with a central pool area. All properties will have a terrace and come with one underground parking space. Further parking is available. Prices start from £321,00 and range to £374,000.

Financing is available with Spanish-based La Caixa bank, with mortgages of up to 70% LTV available.
